Track My Order

Upon shipping your order from RUGS Legacy, we will send a confirmation email including your tracking number to ensure that your order has been processed. You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account on RUGS Legacy, accessing 'My Account', signing in, and navigating to the 'Order' tab. Please note, order status updates may take up to one hour after the order has been placed.

Shipping Destinations, Costs, and Delivery Times

We provide estimated shipping times at checkout before you finalize your payment. These estimates are based on the time your order is placed and are subject to order acceptance. Delivery conditions may vary based on your location and specific shipping terms.

Promotional shipping costs, if available, will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery times may extend for orders containing pre-ordered, personalized, or monogrammed items, with specific estimates provided at checkout.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

We deliver to a range of international destinations; please select your preferred shipping destination in the checkout process for detailed information on shipping options, delivery times, and costs. The terms and conditions applicable to your order may vary based on the shipping destination.

RUGS Legacy collaborates with select courier services to deliver to numerous countries globally. While we strive to fulfill all orders, if your destination is not listed, please contact us at contact@rugslegacy.com for further assistance.

Return Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from RUGS Legacy. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to assist. Below you will find detailed information about our return policy.

1. Return Process

You may return items within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at aftersales@rugslegacy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA, please return the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

For All Customers: We offer facilitated return services at preferential rates to help avoid additional charges and expedite your refund or exchange. Contact our customer service for an estimate of shipping fees and your prepaid shipping label. Alternatively, you may use a carrier of your choice.

2. Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund if a pre-paid shipping label was provided. Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your return.

Please Note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Currency fluctuations might affect the refund amount if your purchase currency differs from your local currency.

3. Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Used or altered items.

Order Cancellations and Amendments You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placement if your order has not yet been dispatched. For cancellations or changes, please contact aftersales@rugslegacy.com as soon as possible.

The Returns & Cancellations Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
